Our protein isolation process starts with low cost ground trim that goes through several steps including a high-speed centrifuge and ultrafiltration concentrator.

The resulting solution is all natural, 95% protein and derived from the same species as intended product (i.e. Pollock protein on Pollock portions, chicken on chicken, etc.)
